Mike began his culinary career 23 years ago. Mike has had the opportunity of  working at a variety of concepts before joining Cactus Club Restaurants as a Chef in 2005. During this tenure of management he was able to master a systematic kitchen, red seal apprentice training, and restaurant openings. In 2012 Mike moved to British Columbia’s sunshine coast to open his own restaurant and start a family. Seven years later Mike has three thriving restaurant concepts and is a Chef Consultant. Mike is an expert at kitchen design, menu development, as well as developing kitchen systems for maximum sales volume and guest satisfaction.

Mike also is a proponent of change for work life balance of Chefs, and changing the face of mental health in the kitchen.
