Jean-Francois is an experienced Chef with over 15 years of culinary management experience in a variety of restaurants, franchises and hotels in Canada. He holds a Diploma in French Culinary Arts from the highly regarded school ITHQ in Montreal. Jean- Francois joined Point Group as a Chef five years ago bringing his skills of leadership and training, kitchen management, and a specialization of classical french and Italian cuisine to our team. Jean- Francois is currently fine tuning his front of house skills to be a greater asset to the industry as well as a Chef Consultant for Point Group.
